Terms and conditions

Payment

Subscription and spend/fee settlement:
When a customer is registered and onboarded, the customer adds their own credit card and manages their credit card details directly.
Visa and Mastercard can be added.

All transactions are processed through a secure TLS-encrypted payment flow via Quickpay.

All amounts are stated in DKK and include VAT.

Tivedo charges the subscription according to the agreed period by debiting the registered credit card.
Spend/fee is settled monthly unless otherwise agreed.
Settlement happens automatically by charging the registered credit card.

Through their Tivedo login, the customer has access to payment invoices as well as the activity overview that forms the basis for spend/fee settlement.

Direct campaign payments:
Tivedo accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard.
Payment is charged to your account within 24 hours after purchase.

All amounts are in DKK, Danish kroner, and include VAT.

Tivedo ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all card details using the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol. This means your information cannot be read by others.

You will always receive a confirmation email for your purchase.

Delivery
You can set up and purchase campaigns via Tivedo at any time, and the campaign will normally be active the day after registration (depending on your selected campaign period).

You can contact Tivedo Monday to Thursday between 8:30 and 17:00, and Friday between 8:30 and 16:00.

Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances, regardless of cause, can Tivedo be liable for total damages and/or proportionate price reductions exceeding the customer’s total payment under the order to which the claim relates. This maximum applies as an aggregate cap for all matters relating to an order that may entitle the customer to compensation and/or a proportionate reduction, regardless of whether such claims arise from ordinary or gross negligence on the part of Tivedo.

Under no circumstances can Tivedo be held liable for indirect loss or damage, loss of operations, loss of profit, or claims from third parties with whom the customer has entered into agreements or has obligations toward, regardless of whether this is due to gross or ordinary negligence.

Tivedo’s products use software not developed by Tivedo and not subject to Tivedo’s control.

Tivedo is liable for product liability in accordance with the mandatory legislation in force at any time.

Beyond this, Tivedo assumes no product liability.

Any claims, compensation claims, or claims for proportionate liability, including product liability claims, must be brought by the customer within 6 months from the time when the circumstances giving rise to the claim came or should have come to the customer’s knowledge, after which the claim is forfeited.

Right to complain
If you discover an error or defect that you wish to invoke, it must be reported immediately in writing to Tivedo. If an error or defect that you discover or should have discovered is not reported immediately in writing to Tivedo, it cannot later be invoked.

Our right to complain only applies to defects in materials and/or execution that do not meet the order. As most media packages are purchased based on a number of impressions, this may involve a certain level of uncertainty.
As a rule, Tivedo will always seek to deliver more impressions than the number purchased (if the product purchase relates to a number of impressions rather than budget), but the customer must accept that in some cases fewer impressions than purchased may be delivered.
Any complaint does not apply if the number of impressions delivered exceeds 80% of the purchased number of impressions.

Complaints do not cover errors made during the ordering of the service.

Refunds
If a refund has been agreed, please send your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.

Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other for circumstances resulting from events beyond that party’s control and which should not reasonably have been taken into account when the affected order was concluded.
