Payment
Tivedo accepts payments through VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, and Mastercard. Payment will be debited from your account within 24 hours after the purchase.
All amounts are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and include VAT.
Tivedo ApS employs an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information using the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol, ensuring the confidentiality of your data.
Upon completing your purchase, you will always receive a confirmation email.
Delivery
You can set up and purchase campaigns through Tivedo at any time, and the campaign will usually be active the day after registration (depending on your chosen campaign period).
Tivedo’s customer support is available Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances, regardless of the cause, shall Tivedo incur total compensation and/or be liable for a proportional reduction exceeding the customer’s total payment in accordance with the order pertaining to the mentioned claims. This maximum applies as an overall cumulative limit for all matters related to an order that may entitle the customer to compensation and/or a proportional reduction, irrespective of whether such claims arise from simple or gross negligence on the part of Tivedo.
In no event shall Tivedo be liable for indirect loss or damage, loss of business, loss of profit, or claims from third parties with whom the customer has entered into or has obligations, regardless of whether such circumstances arise from gross or simple negligence.
Tivedo’s products utilize software that is not developed by Tivedo and is beyond Tivedo’s control.
Tivedo is responsible for product liability in accordance with the prevailing mandatory legislation.
Additionally, Tivedo assumes no product liability.
All claims, claims for compensation, proportional liability, and product liability must be asserted by the customer within 6 months from when the circumstances giving rise to the claim arose or should have become known to the customer, after which the claim will be forfeited.
Right of Complaint
Should you discover an error or defect that you wish to address, kindly notify Tivedo in writing immediately. Failure to promptly inform Tivedo of any discovered or discoverable errors or defects in writing will render such claims invalid.
Our complaints policy applies solely to errors in material and/or execution that do not conform to the order. As most media packages are purchased based on the number of views, there may be a certain level of uncertainty. While Tivedo will generally endeavor to deliver more views than the purchased quantity (in cases where the product purchase is based on the number of views and not the budget), the customer must acknowledge that, in certain instances, fewer views may be delivered than the purchased quantity. Any complaint will not apply if the number of views exceeds 80% of the purchased number of views.
Complaints will not apply to errors made in ordering the service.
Refund
If a refund has been agreed upon, please provide your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.
Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other party for circumstances that result from events beyond the control of the party in question, and that should not have been reasonably taken into consideration when the order in question was entered into.
Processing of Personal Data
Processing
Tivedo processes personal data in compliance with the Data Protection Regulation and Law. Information about the Customer’s name, address, email, phone number, etc., is used solely in connection with the Customer’s order, editing, and communication.
Rights of the Data Subject
Tivedo upholds the rights of the data subject (including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, data portability, complain, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling).
Storage and Disclosure
Tivedo retains the information for as long as necessary for the purpose for which the information is processed. The company neither discloses, sells, nor otherwise transfers information to third parties unless the Customer has granted explicit consent for such transfer.

Changes
Tivedo reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
The complete ownership of all intellectual property rights arising from Tivedo’s provision of services, including patents, designs, trademarks, and copyrights, belongs to Tivedo.

Disputes
The parties shall seek to resolve all conflicts through direct negotiation. If the parties are unable to resolve a dispute through direct negotiation, the dispute shall be settled in the ordinary courts, with the Copenhagen City Court as the jurisdiction for the first instance, with the possibility of referral and appeal in accordance with the general provisions of the Administration of Justice Act.
