Tivedo Campaign Manager storage

As a subscribing business or agency you have access to Tivedo Campaign Manager.
Signed contract will clearly state the premisses of usage.

Tivedo stores the following data on Simply.com servers:

Personal data

  • Firstname
  • Lastname
  • Username
  • Password


Passwords are encrypted.

Client data

  • Company name
  • Company address
  • VAT number

Client Data can be deleted simply by requesting this by email to Tivedo.

Campaign data

  • Campaign content data like target audiences and geography
  • Campaign ad statistics
  • Campaign image files (own library)

Campaign Data will be deleted when Client data is deleted.

Third-party integrations
As a subscribing Tivedo customer you are able to create and run campaigns through Tivedo towards:

  • Google
  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Adform

All data relating to mentioned third-party integrations are stored on respective servers and data is accessable from api requests.

Credit card information storage
Tivedo uses Quickpay as payment gateway and all information relating to storage of credit card information is stored at Quickpay and all transactions here are encrypted and security protected by Quickpay.
