Tivedo is a self-developed B2B SaaS platform within data-driven, omni-channel digital marketing. The product is live, proven, and built for international scale.

I’m now looking for a commercial co-founder (CCO) to join me in building, scaling, and owning the next phase of the company.

This is an equity-first founder role.
There is no traditional salary in the early phase.

 

What Tivedo Is

Tivedo is an omni-channel SaaS platform that gives companies unified access to paid advertising across:

  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger)

  • LinkedIn

  • Google Ads & Search

  • Adform Display (1,000+ domains)

Users can create, manage, and optimize campaigns while accessing real-time performance data 24/7.

The platform is fully self-developed (PHP, complex API integrations, automated cron jobs) and designed from day one for international scalability.

Tivedo is headquartered in Copenhagen with a strong remote development setup. An advisory board is currently being established to support the next growth phase.

 

Why I’m Looking for a Co-Founder Now

Tivedo has reached the point where the product, platform, and technical foundation are in place.
The next phase is not about adding more features.
It’s about commercial execution, traction, and scale.

Rather than hiring a sales manager, I’m deliberately looking for a commercial co-founder who wants real ownership of revenue, go-to-market, and growth — and who wants to help shape the company strategically as we scale in Denmark and internationally.

This is the stage where the right partnership matters more than speed.

 

The Role – CCO & Co-Founder

You will own and build the entire commercial side of Tivedo.

Phase 1 – Revenue & validation

  • Personally drive B2B sales and customer acquisition

  • Execute and refine go-to-market strategy

  • Sharpen pricing, positioning, and value proposition

  • Generate early traction and momentum

Phase 2 – Scale

  • Build and lead the commercial function

  • Expand into international markets (starting with Europe)

  • Develop partnerships and strategic growth initiatives

  • Act as a key decision-maker alongside the CEO and advisory board

This is a hands-on founder role with direct impact on company direction, strategy, and long-term value creation.

 

Who This Is For

You are not looking for a sales role.
You are looking for ownership.

You are likely someone who:

  • Has strong B2B SaaS and/or digital marketing sales experience

  • Can build and execute go-to-market strategies hands-on

  • Is comfortable closing deals yourself

  • Thinks long-term and entrepreneurially

  • Wants to build something you truly own, not just work for

You can be Danish or international. English is required.

 

Equity & Structure

  • Significant equity ownership as co-founder

  • Equity-first setup (no traditional salary in the early phase)

  • Long-term upside tied directly to company success

  • Vesting and structure agreed transparently and fairly

 

About the Founder

Morten Mazanti – Founder & CEO

I have a background in digital marketing and business development, with hands-on experience from Jobzonen, Teknologiens Mediehus, JFM, JobHub, and Respons2day.

I built Tivedo’s platform from the ground up, assembled a skilled remote development team, and laid the product and technical foundation for scaling Tivedo into an international SaaS company.

I’m now looking for a commercial co-founder to jointly own revenue, strategy, and the next growth phase of the company.
